I watched this hence why I was trying to match the TC and Pinion angle. I will be purchasing adj uppers tonight. I can't stand this annoying vibration
You have a double cardan at the t-case, correct?

You need to know the difference in angles between the drive shaft, and the pinion. It should be straight like the photo/drawing a few posts ago.

Putting the angle finder on each end of the drive shaft, and finding the angles the same, indicates you are not understanding the point.
You need to know the difference in angles between the drive shaft, and the pinion. It should be straight like the photo/drawing a few posts ago.

Ok so looking at this picture basically the pinion angle and DS angle need to be the same?
