How difficult / or impossible to modify the TJ hi rock bumper for the JK ? Any suggestions? Thanks ahead for your comments.

got measurements of the mounts? Pictures? they mount to the frame, could measure the frame then, I have the JK high rock bumper. They JK is 5inches wider then the TJ not sure how much wider the frame is.

will post pics of back of bumper. the hi rock has the four holes on the top to mount.

my guess is it will take some cutting and welding, the frame dimensions are different but can't tell for sure w/o pics

agreed lets see some pics. im sure it's possible. anything is possible with a welder and some cutting equipment

I think you could mod a volkswagon bumper if you can cut and weld, lol.

was really hoping it wasn't that difficult - go figure. surely can take it to the Metal Shop for mods. i really like that bumper on my TJ.

I have the high rock for the JK and always thought it looked heavy and bulky, and liked the TJ look too. I got out the sawzall, grinder, welder and voila!
