Then their Other car is a Ferrari. There is absolutely nothing sluggish about a 3.8 with 4:88 or a 2012 with 4:56. My last 3 cars were an fx35, g37, and a 350z. I picked up the jeep after those. 35's with 4:10 yes that is sluggish but not with 456. I'm sorry but I really have to disagree with you here.

35s with a 3.6L on 3.21 gears...no.

Im running 32x10.50 tires on 3.21 gear ratio with the 2012 3.6L. Its sluggish as shit. 4hi in a field second gear pedal to the floor barely moving. Pass on 35s without regearing.

35s and 3.21....any mud, water, hill etc Im screwed I think that unless people have driven the 3.6l they can't comment on what it could run. Lol

Im not dropping 3k on something Im not sure about. But by going with 5.13 i know ill have the torque and crawl rate. If i wanted to go to 37s or 40s after...i have the gearing and locker for it already

I agree completely especially if you have a rubicon with factory 4:10's. if you have 3:73's going to 35's will reduce you close to 3:21. Is 3:21 suitable? For highway driving yea but not for hardcore offroad.

Hence wanting to regard. Yeah its my daily driving and i know that with 35s and my current transmission and t case ratios i would run at about 2300-2500 rpm at 65-70 mph (can't remember exacts off the top of my head.)

I was told and shown that 4.88 and 35s wohkd put me closer to what Im at nk with 3.21 and 32s

What was your MPG like with 35's and 4:10 vs the stock Rubicon BFG MTs? I'm assuming that this was also a 2012?

i too have the 2012 with 3.21 and 6 speed, i only have 285/70/17's but i've been wondering if regearing was needed and today i was able to easily take off in second gear so i think that means i'm o.k.

if i replace for adding lockers i'd probably try 4.10's

FYI: I recenlty put ARB lockers and 456s in my JKsport 2012 with 33's(285/75/16), automatic.

1. I am doing about 2800 RPM's at 70MPH, little high but OK.
2. I loveeeee the lower end torque while wheeling offroad.
3. I plan to upgrade to 35's on the next tire change and think that will be the perfext sweet spot for those gears.
