Default Tires?!?!

Hey all I am getting ready for some new tread, but I'm having a difficult time figuring out what to pick. I have narrowed my size down to a 285/70/17 or around a 33. I need a somewhat all terrain because my jeep is a dd. so what would you recomend for a nice looking, good preforning, and resonably priced all terrain?
I've already checked outh the duratrac and BFG KO so im looking for other ideas.

Thanks

I like the fierce Attitude they are actually a product of goodyear and are not to badly priced. also the Mickey thompson ATZ are a decent tire from what I read from reviews . Good luck

I recently bought a set of falken rocky mountain's in that exact size.I love them.in my opinion they are one of the best lookin at's I've seen.they also get very good reviews on performance.if you decide to check them out go in person.no pics do them justice.

The Goodyear Duratrac is one of the best tires for a daily driver. I had mine off road this Sunday and they did very well in mud and on the trail, best all around tire IMO. Much more aggresive than the Falkens and still quiet on the road. I saw them side by side in the store there was no contest.

I know some guys are running Copper STT Discoverer AT3's. They may not be cheaper. I'm in your same situation. My JK is 85% DD and every other weekend in the mud. I went with BFG AT KO's.

I have cooper st maxx on my jku. They are quiet on road, and amazing grip off road. Stay away from snow on pavement tho.

I love how anytime anyone asks for a reasonably priced AT everyone says "Duratracs!".

Not exactly an AT and certainly not reasonably priced by any means. That tire in a 285/70/17 is ~$300.

Major drawback of the AT3's for a DD is they are E load in the 285/17.

Falken Wild Peaks.......very reasonably priced, quiet on road, perform great off road. 55k treadwear warranty I believe as well. Not sure you can beat them for the $$.

I'd recommend the BFG AT KO, Nitto Terra Grappler, TOyo AT, Pro Comp Xtreme AT, Mickey THompson ATZ and Dick Cepek FC II.
