Default Tires

Looking for input as to what are your favorite tires??? I will be getting Pro Comps 7033 17x9 wheels, and looking to do 33 x 12.5,just haven't decide on the tires, gonna be doing mostly daily driving with some occasional mudding/trails...considering the Pro Comp X Terrain, and they got a buy 3 get one free deal..very tempting
Thanks

If you want a mud tire, Pro COmp's Xtreme MT is a better tire than their X Terrian. Other top choices would be the BFG MT KM, Toyo MT, Nitto Trail Grappler, Dick Cepek Mud Country, Goodyear MTR and Mickey Thompson MTZ.

I am a big fan of the Cooper Discoverer S/T for a DD/Trail combo. I got 65K out of my first set, just put on a new set a couple moths ago.

I say Toyo MT or Nitto trail grappler. They are heavy, but great tires on and off road and look great too

Mastercraft Courser C/T is one of the most over-looked tires on the market.

They bite hard in everything, run smooth on the road, aren't very loud, and are made in the USA with reasonable prices at most shops.

I previously had their AT2's in 32x1050... Really impressive tire! They don't hold a candel to my mtr-k's now but as an all around tire they were amazing. I looked into their MTs when I was tire shopping but didn't find what I was looking for

I love my Goodyear mtrk. They grip really well, they are tough, light, and ride nice on the road

For the price I love my Kelly Safari's. They are fantastic so far and I have about 2000km on them without signs of wear. They drive beautiful and no real noise at all. Unfortunately I know nothing about the others with the exception of what I read on here.

FWIW!
