Yes but to avoid rubbing you will probably need some wheel spacers. Im not sure how much but to run 33"s on my jeep I needed to either get new wheels with more backspacing or run wheels spacers. I got new wheels

You might even need to back out the steering stop bolt on each side to prevent u turn rubbing
So are the tires 35's or what? Also with spacers will i still need to do that?

They will fit but you will experience rubbing if you flex at all or if you turn your wheels all the way. You would be better off to lift your JK to get the clearance needed to fit these tires with no problems. You can get a 2.5" budget boost with shock adapters for about $350. You should also look at either rims with ~4.5" backspacing or spacers if you plan on keeping your stock rims. With that you will have no problems.
