Default Tire/Wheel recommendations

After chopping the bumper and the fender flares, I'm starting to get funny looks for the stock wheels/tires.

What would you recommend without a lift?

I'm looking at 33" tires on 16" alloy wheels with 4.5" backspacing.
How does that sound and what would be a good width for both tire and wheel?

Thank you!

dang it!!

I didnt notice the bolding the first time through, and thought you were just quoting me to be a smart ass. hahaha like I answered my own question within the question.

I see now that you answered it... so thanks. hahaha..

Thats exactly what I was looking for. Clarified it a great deal. Confirmed what I thought I knew, and added a bit to it. THANK YOU!!

one more thing - 12.5" for the tires yes? does that go the same for the wheels?
I read a lot about beadlocks and such. If I dont need the beadlocks, then a 12.5" tire would fit on a 12.5" wheel yes? Is that a common sense thing?

thanks again.
