What size wheels are you planning on running?
If you are planning on running 15's then you need to think about future upgrades, such as an aftermarket tie rod. With 15's interference issues come into play.

With that in mind you will be fine with 4.5" of back spacing. That will keep you pretty close to the edge of the fender. If you don't care about having tire coverage then you can go with something like 4" or 3.75" of back spacing.
