Default tire weight question

I run Toyo 285/75/17 Toyo says they are 34" tires. I think they are very heavy. I plan to go 35" tires pretty soon. Does anyone know where I can find the weight of tire and rim options? And, does anyone know how tire weight change the ride?

For every 10 lbs per tire adds 100 lbs of added vehicle weight in theory. Jp mag had a good article on this not long ago.
