If so, that is surprising to me....I could tell a difference going from a 32 to a 33.
Really eh?
I just think going from a 32" stock tire to a 3" lift and 33.2" mud-terrain is going to be a waste of a tire....too small....but then again I wish I had more gear to go with the 34.5" (35) tire.....
I am thinking of running a BFG A/T in 315/75R16....the AT should be easier to spin than the MT...

It also depends on whether you go with AT's or MT's. The rolling resistance on the AT's is less, so you might be able to go slightly larger without feeling it. I just went from the stock SRA's to Rubicon BFG MT's and lost about 1 MPG and a little on the power side, especially when in the lower RPM's.

once you're moving, it's not a big deal...you can downshift to compensate. But, 1st gear on a hill or pulling my little 8 ft trailer is definitely different. Not terrible, but I'm not going with anything bigger until I regear.

I have 3.73 and Auto. I have a program that tracks my fill ups and it didn't change at all when I changed my tire size. I know some say the weight of a tire doesn't matter but my nitto mud grappler 33"s were each 7lbs heavier than my 35" KM2's.

I don't pay attention to my MPG, I was mainly referring to power loss....I haven't had my speedo recalibrated so I have no clue how far I'm actually driving each tank anyhow.

I have the AT's myself and just love them all year and all around great, little resistance on the road, feels like stock
I have the Mickey Thompson ATZ's,they drive great, handle and perform enough for trails and can't even here them going down the road even with the top off.
They are 35" tires(305/70/18)and I do have the 4:10 gears.
Not sure if I would want 35" with 3:21's
It sucks but if you want the 35" that much them wait or go the 33" and wear them out with the 3:21's,then get new tires and gears

This is only just an opinion, just have fun your way

I am running 35", and ALWAYS O/D off, okay on hwy since I am almost 99% cruise under 65MPH
Unlike many ppl above, I will return to 33" after current set wear out.

How much will my gas mileage be affected? I can get about 500km's to a tank right now with 31.5" stockers.....
