I keep going back and forth at looking for tires. Anyone have any experience with the Dick Cepek Radial F-C II Tire? Good, Bad or Otherwise?

I had FC-IIs in a 33 on my Jeep for about 5 months before I moved up to 35's. Spent months researching tires before I bought my FC-II's and was really happy with them. You'll pay a premium price for them but they're a good tire. Are you planning on wheeling with them and if so what type of wheeling? Or are they more for a daily driver....

A friend of mine used to run FCs all the time and they were excellent, especially in the snow. That tread design originated back in the 60's or there about on a snow specific tire called a Suburbanite and it still works great. The Cepek tires I have run have always been good tires.

Personally, I love my 285/70/17 BFG A/T KO tires i picked up new for $500.
Great in everything except for mud. Will last another 30k miles, as I've driven that much and not even halfway gone.

I'm currently running BFG ATs 285/70/17. They have been fine but looking for something more aggressive and a bit larger.
Toyo MTs are on my list as well 285/75/17s but I like the look of the Dick Cepek tires but don't know much about them.
