Default Tire pressure
Just put new tires and lift it jeep and noticed the little rubber teats was wearing on the middle so I checked the pressure it was at almost 60 lbs!! Kinda high huh?

Man, you could definitely drop a few pounds, I would start with losing maybe 20lbs psi

Yea I dropped them to around 35 ish. I thought that was kinda crazy

You could probably go down even lower. I run mine at 28lbs and they are wearing perfect

I might do that was looking at the side wall and it said 50 psi cold I think that's still high even for 35s

the tire shop put 36 lbs in my faulkin 33's and it almost knocked my teeth out. Down to 30 and is much better.

Take another look at the sidewall. That's the max rated pressure at full load. Normal pressure is on the sticker on the B pillar.

Use the chalk test. Mark a line across the tread with sidewalk chalk and drive straight across a flat parking lot. If it rubs off even you have good pressure. If not adjust and try again.

My tires are basically duratracs(goodyear teritory's), it states a max psi of 65, what should I run them at for road use,50 psi maybe?

I have 285/70R17 max air is 60lbs was told to keep it at 35lbs.
