Default Tire bolt patteren

Just curious if a stock 17" 2011 wrangler rim would fit a 01 Cherokee. The bolt patterns say they are the same but the Cherokee has "high positive offset" and the wranglers have "medium positive offset". Will it work or no? Thanks.

The cherokee has a 5"x4.5" bolt pattern. The Wrangler jk has a 5"x5" bolt pattern.

So the answer is no, they will not work.

The only way to do it would to use bolt on spacer/adapters. I believe you should be able to find some that go from 5x4.5 to 5x5, I think I've seen it done. If you want to use spacer/adapters, you'll need to do some more research to find out if you'll need a lift & to determine what size tires will fit w/o rubbing.

An 01 grand cherokee is 5"x4.5" as well. Grab a tape measure check.

Shit, i guess it is 5"x5" for the grand...haha.

I would still grab a tape measure! You can never trust the interweb!

Grand Cherokee is 5x5 just like the JK. You souldn't have a problem with the wheels they are both +45 offset. Just check the tire size.

There's a few guys on here that run stock Grand Cherokee wheels on their JKs. I like the look of them.

A few years of the GC are 5x5 bolt pattern, I'm sure they'll fit your Grand.

Delux2769,
You say you've seen some guys running stock GC wheels on JK's, any idea about spacers needed? I'm looking at a set myself, but I'm not sure of what size spacer would need to be run and whether or not I'm comfortable running with spacers...
Any ideas?
