Where are you from in NJ? Think I've seen your Jeep before. That a JCR front bumper?

Measure twice...it's a pretty straight forward install, just don't rush it. Also, if your serious about deep water crossing, look into extending your breather tubes as well.

I installed mine last week, couple of suggestions :

Ease the stock airbox out straight up. It secures with 3 thin legs, I snapped one by giggling the air box loose. It still sits firmly, but no harm being careful to avoid snapping 'em.

Also, the rivets that hold the cosmetic hood-cut cover dig into the snorkel top. The snorkel is seated down properly, and the cover is where it should be. I suggest before the rivets go in, stick a pencil or nail through the drilled holes and see if the rivets will hit the plastic snorkel. If so, redrill the rivet holes higher.

I did mine a couple months ago, it was relatively easy.

There is a good how to in Write-Up's section: https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/jk-w...ite-up-161640/

I did mine. It's simple.

Have some paint to cover the metal you cut. Brush on rust paint will get better coverage than trying to spray a small area with spray can.

Here is room for a bit of error. I slightly over cut in a spot and you can't see it.

Buy a new proper metal hole bit. It will do a cleaner install.

Use self tapping metal screws instead of rivets. Cleaner looking. Easier.

Don't forget to seal the holes in the bottom of the air box.
