you need a snorkle if you ever plan to do any water crossings.

I guess you have not looked under the hood at what the fan belt does when you break through water at a good speed? you should have a closer look, you will be surprised how damp your CAI filter is or how much is beading off your pre-filter. The stock box will provide more protection from water shooting from your fan belt. A CAI and stock box would suck in water in a hurry with this unexpected surprise on a mud/water crossing!



Yes I did my diligence on this crossing, I followed 3 other rigs across this hole and I just happened to get sucked into a deeper rut! No Stock box or CAI will protect you from this unexpected surprise...only a snorkel which is a true CAI system.

Default finally got it...

i went with the aFe pro dry air. sounds great inside the cabin and really gives it some acceleration. looks kool as well. i just received my MBRP exhaust cant wait to install that as well as tune the engine with superchips. Also came in were the pro comp 7069 wheels and teraflex leveling kit. on the way are the 315/75/16 Duratracs tires.... Pics will be up soon
