Default Tie rod ends

What are some good heavy duty tie rod ends to go with?

What is an off set tie rod end? Is there a purpose for it being off set?

Are you looking for just ends or a whole tie rod complete with beefier ends?

I think just ends, I'm 90% pavement of the time. Not sure if I need to go beefier? Is there a benefit? I'm sure there is.

Strength. The factory tie rod will bend easily if you hit it into a rock.

I think for the moment I just want to replace the tie rod with heavy duty ones. I also need to replace my drag link long arm end also. Do you have any suggestions?

You could go with some new Moog joints.....not sure there any more "heavy duty" than the factory ones at all. If your really looking to strengthen your steering you will need to replace the tie rod itself, which will allow you to run truly stronger ends. The RK tie rod will allow you to use a factory drag link end which is bigger and stronger. Also Synergy has a tie rod assemble that comes with nice strong TRE's.

I like Synergy, just installed the BJ's. Do they have just TRE's or do I need to get the assembly?
