Default Tie rod ends and 15s

Just picked up a 07 jeep. Previous owner has some mods on it...but had 20 inch wheels. Ugh. I am looking at going back to 15 like I had on my previous jeep. But the rods on this don't look stock for an 07 rubicon. So I am curious about the tie rods ends.

Can some take a peek and see if these are stock and will fit with a 15" wheel?

Looks very similar to a synergy tie rod.

I'm running this with 16s. 15s would be pretty tight.

And with the high steer as you have also it appears, the manufacturer recommends a 17" wheel.

I am so glad that I checked. Because it looks like an after market part. However, I am not familiar with a high steer. What is that?

Since 16" tires are becoming a bit scarce, I am looking at 17s now. I was going to go with 15 steelies for cost. But since 17s appear to be my route, ill get some alloy wheels to save weight.

Now, I just need to dump these 20" lugs. I should be able to get some good money for them. As I believe they are XD wheels.

Thanks for your feedback and help!
Nathan
