Default Thumbs up to Rubicon Express

I picked up a RE angle correction bracket off Craigslist and discovered it was missing a bracket plate. I called up RE and they next day aired the bracket for free. I always thought that after 4wheelparts took over a company their customer service would suffer but I was wrong. ( I have no other parts from them besides the correction bracket)

That's good to hear.

I had a buddy buy a RE longarm kit for his LJ, one of the weld in bungs ripped out of the tube driving on a dirt road just after a 300 mile drive, the weld had not even touched the DOM, paint was holding it together. They overnighted him every single welded piece in the kit.

Companies make mistakes, it's how they handle it that matters. (and in your case it wasnt even their mistake)
