Is a throttle body spacer even worth it?

Turbulence actually increases MPG and power but the addition of just a spacer wont yield any gains. If u couple it with things that increase airflow and fuel then you would see more. Now I think what you was getting at with the turbulent air is when u add restrictions like bends in the intake or extend it. That causes a loss. Actual controlled turbulence at the moment of the addition of fuel cause a better air fuel mixture and makes it burn cleaner and hotter
