Right at the top of this modified area are two stickied threads. One of them, appropriately, is titled Thoughts on Lifts. Just a guess, but you might find some information in them that would help point you in the right direction.
Or at least point you away from a 4" lift with 33" tires...

Just a quick glance shows that you've got the incorrect wheels selected there. We've got the 5x5 bolt pattern instead of the earlier jeep's 5x4.5 (picked above).
4" is no bueno, there's a lot to it......more than $800 worth.

Waayyyy more lift than needed for a JK.
Those rims will not work without adapters, wrong pattern. Didn't see the backspacing, but for a 15" rim, you want 4 or less so they aren't scraping the brakes.

From the research I have done on here it seems the consensus is anything over a 2.5-3in lift and you have to also start replacing steering components, driveshafts etc. starts to get very expensive. I have a 2.5 AEV lift and 33" BFG mud terrains and I am very happy. Of course I will probably opt for 35's when this is no longer my DD in a couple of years. Good luck with your research, this forum is a great resource and the members are very helpful

If you're just found mild wheeling and are on a budget, you can easily run 33's on a level kit.
I ran a Teraflex level spacer kit for over a year, on 33" Nitto Trail Grapplers, doing some pretty good wheeling.
That spacer kit is under $140.

5k is insane! Are you handy with tools? The JK suspension is very easy to change out your self, think about a simple 2.5" lift (terra flex, metal cloak, rockcrawler) just look for complete well built lifts. Do your research cause everyone will have a different opinion. With 33" tires you may just want to consider flat fenders (I bought Bushwhacker), that's what I did first w/ 33's. the stock fenders look like shit in my opinion (just my opinion). Your not going to go crazy on the trails so you will be fine going that route if you chose too.
