I now barely remember feeling the pain you are experiencing. I absolutely love the fact that every time I walk up to my JK, I see that badass axle set sitting underneath it. Also, the peace of mind that comes with all the quality you just purchased is really nice too. Companies like Dynatrac are becoming more rare; American made, American material sourced, American owned and operated.....well it just doesn't get better than that. It's worth it

You cant go wrong with dynatrac pr60s man. I got my pr44 in a few months ago and its pure beef im only going to be running 37s though. After i wear out my 37s i plan on bumping up to 38s-40s and may end up replacing my rear with a pr60 but thatll be a while. Post up some pictures when you can buddy

Guys I am thinking of upgrading my current Dana 60 to dynatrac prorock 60 Full floater.

Reason for change Semi to Full Floater. Now i am already running 5 x 5.5 wheel so what is the advantage of 8 lug? I do not want to change my walkers again and add additional expense?

8 lug = more lugs doing more clamping force of the wheel to the wheel mounting surface. Also, it means much less of a chance of twisted lugs since you have more lugs that can distribute and transfer the rotational torque from the drive axle to the wheels. If you are only running the stock 3.8L or 3.6L (2012) you can get away with only the 5 on 5 1/2 pattern. However, running big motors, with big torque it really is a wise decision to the route of 8 lugs. Had the 8 lug been an option when I purchased my Dynatracs I would be running 8 lugs. I want to say that Offroad Evo may only be doing 8 lug option now for customers when they are getting a rig built with ProRocks.

Thanks i will be running LS3 V8 so no more 3.8 for me.
So does that mean if i go with 8 lug i need to change my wheels again which is 5 x 5.5.

Or do i have to run wheel adaptors

The short answer is yes, the smart thing to do is get new 8 lug wheels. Unfortunately that is a huge expense! I guess you can always run spacers TEMPORARILY, but from a safety/parts are going to break perspective, I don't know that I would run spacers with big tires and the LS3 for a long period and especially offroad in serious wheeling conditions.

I feel your pain, I face the same situation with my set up. I will eventually have to upgrade my axle outers to 8 lug when I do my V8 install and that means new wheels too.

Edit: Also, with spacers on a full width D60, that is going to be an extremely, crazy wide wheel track!!
