Came across this online. Looks stout and is more affordable than other mods but is it really worth it for a dude that goes rock crawling once a month?

Thoughts and opinions?

Hope so!

You have to weld it to your pumpkin which is cast steel. This is a big deal to do right.

I literally just threw the rancho front diff skid plate on this weekend. Will I still be able to use it with this?

No idea. Does it wrap around the top of the pumpkin? The truss just sits on top.

I deleted all my other photos on my phone so I only have these. The truss was the first step, welded on along with the lcas and C's.

That should work fine. The truss is only on top.

Yes, it is well worth the investment. A truss is the best option for beefing up a stock housing, and the artec armor set is the most complete kit for the JK. This is much stronger than the flimsy sleeves everyone tells you to weld in. Plus you maintain the option to move up to 35 spline shafts if you choose to do so in the future.

You can always add nitro sleeves ..... Pop right in and you can still run 35spline.
