Default TF 3" Suspension or RE 3.5"

I know there is a big fan base for TeraFlex as well as Rubicon Express.
I'm not sure which one to get. Looking at following two options for my 4Dr JK:

Option1: TF 3" suspension kit

Option 2: 3.5" Standard System by Rubicon Express

RE is cheaper i think and comes with adjustable front track bar.

What do you guys think of both of these kits? Can you suggest set of shocks for both of these kits.

actually, teraflex doesn't have a 3" kit or, not that i know of but their 2.5" kit (actual height is 3"+) with shock adapters retails for only $482. the RE kit does come with a front track bar but no means to address your shocks and it's $579. add a front track bar on the TF kit and yeah, it'd be a bit more expensive but, as active sponsors here, you know you will always be taken care of if the need ever arises. it is one of the biggest reasons why they are so popular here.

I would suggest the #1256200 kit (3" kit with TeraFlex 9550 shocks, front lower/rear upper arms) and add the #1753418 trackbar. You can order the kit minus the 9550 shocks and upgrade to the ELKA shocks if you want to. Keep in mind that without adjustable front lower control arms, you won't be able adjust the caster. If you have any questions, give me a call. How big of tires do you want to run?

I think TF does offer 3" Kit now for $689 List without front track bar. I know I would need Adjustable Front Track Bar so when i add 235.00 for the Front track bar that takes the total to $925 for TF 3" Vs $579 for RE 3.5".

I'm new to Jeeping so i've no idea what's the right thing to do. Is the perfromance difference between the two really that big to spend extra $350?

OK so you could run either the 2.5" coil kits (#1251000, #1352000) or the 3" #1256200 or #1451300. You can download the TeraFlex catalog from my sig line below.

With either series, you will need wheelspacers or new wheels with 4.5"backspacing.

I think there is no question about quality for Terraflex kit. I think Rubicon Express is also quality product. I have not heard anything bad for the RE kit. So how do i justify the added $350.00 expense for the TF kit?
