TF 2.5" front 1" rear ???
Right now I'm running the 2.5" TF BB and rubicon tires. I'm not planning on larger tires any time soon so I don't need more lift but I am planning on adding a winch in the very near future (as soon as I have time to install) which will obviously add more rake.
I was thinking about removing the 2.5" spacer in the rear and replacing it with the 1". My question is; is 1.5" more in the front too much over the rear? The teraflex leveling kit, which looks great, is 2" in front and 1" in rear, difference of 1. Also i'm not planning on a full width heavy bumper like ARB plus winch, only an XRC8 plus which plate or a cheap stubby bumper in the future so the loss in the front wont be too great.
Thoughts? Ideas?
Thanks

I have the 2.5BB in font and 1.75 Daystar rear. Didn't for the TF Leveling Kit Stance and finally sold of the spacers and replaced them. Works for me, also I extended my brake lines with brackets.

Check my album, the first 3 pics are with the 2.5 and 1.75, the 4th and 5th are with the 2.5 and a 1" rear. Not sure who makes a 1.5 rear spacer. PM me if you need anymore pictures.

That looks great! Though I still don't know which route to go, looks perfect with the 1.75" and 33s but I think the 1" may be better for me with the rubi tires and I will be adding a winch only if there is a 1.5" rear. Thanks for the quick reply and photos, that is exactly what I wanted to see

I want to do the 2.5" front, but haven't figured out if I'll need sway bar links with the 2.5" front. Anyone know?

All the different 2.5" lifts, whether BB or Coil come with extended links for the rear and you move the rear to the front. So it's pretty safe to say you'd need extended links on the front.

I have a 2 1/2" BB in front (stock spacers removed) and nothing in the back. I am still using the stock links in front, but I sometimes have to rock my Jeep to get them to disconnect electronically. The front bumper and winch weigh about 180 pounds combined.

spacers
i am having the same issue. Daystar makes a 1 &3/4" Spacer or 3/4" spacer i can't find a 1" either. I have the TF 2.5" Spring & it still sits about 1/2" lower in front i prefer up in front. so once i get the winch & Body Armor front bumper. They have a new bumper with winch plate for $400 check it out. i will need to add a spacer in front. also will be adding ext. brake lines. don't know if any of this helps
