I cant help but notice people talking about teraflexs customer service so I wanted to get the playing grounds level on that part. I have never had a reason to call genright to test their customer service which in its self is a great testament of their product but I will say that within a couple weeks of purchasing my carrier I had received 2 phone calls from them. The first was to check in with me and see if the product arrived intact and the second was cause they received a call from a customer saying his carrier was a lil out of form. So genright went straight to calling all customers that ordered the carrier in the past month to make sure no one else had a issue. Im not sure about the rest of you but for a company to reach out on their own means alot to me

I was going to get the Teraflex one dating back to last year and never got around to it..... Glad I didn't even if they fixed the weld issues(I'd always be wondering if it would crack still) and just this past Monday had my Genright aluminum carrier installed and my 37" MTR's going on it March or April(weather). I'm more then pleased with everything about it.... My vote obviously for the Genright..... Pull 2 pins and access the rear of the jeep..... Now in my case I rarely go there I use the back seat.
