Getting this hinge this week. Does anyone know if I need or should get the adjustable carrier? I'm going to be running AEV pintlers with BFG KM2s (either 33s or 35s, haven't decided). Thanks.

You still have plenty of backspacing with pintlers, if I were you I'd try it without first

With your tire and wheel choice, very likely you will not need the Teraflex Adjustable Tire Carrier. IF you should it is easily added after initial install of the Teraflex Hinge.

Liscense Plate Relocation?
Those of you that have relocated the Liscense plate with mount provided have any ideas on what to use for a light?
Its not leagal to run with out a liscense plate light..
Any suggestion would help!!

Ok what am I missing here? There is no need to relocate plate w Terra Flex hinge/ tire carrier? But then I'm not a jeep specialist either ( did stay in Holiday Inn once)

There is no need... But the fatory location is terrible.
I see people mounting them to the carrier bracket, and was wondering what they are using for a light...

You buy your own, like a plate light for a motorcycle or whatever, and tap into your tail light for power.
