I have had this for awhile now as i got in on the first order shipment. The quality is great but i have problems with the design. First off the cb antenna is mounted very close to the high lift which interferes with its ability (see other posts). In all honesty your hi lift has become an accessory mount. Yes its great quality and you can fit a 2 gallon and a 3 but if you actually have to use it you are gonna spend a lot of time to get all the "stuff" unbolted!. This is mounted on a 42" hi lift which was recommended because of clearance in case the gate swings shut with the glass. Not to mention you have to cut down the 42" a few inches to clear it. Dont most of you run at least a 48"?? I am actually thinking of selling the whole package myself (for all of those waiting on backorder). Just my .02

Im currently trying to find a better way to mount my rotopax. The tire carrier itself is awesome!!
I feel the exact same way. I am pissed I bought this and on top of that I can't even put a stand alone rotopax on it because it will hit my light guards and I won't be able to fully open the gate or glass

Well if the hinge can bear the weight, you can still mount 5 gallons on the jack then another 4 or 5 gallons on the spare. I can't see myself needing more than that for any trip I take...personally i don't really care whether or not the rotopax mount bolts into the jack.

Will I have fitment issues with teraflex hinge, stock carrier and stock wheel? Just going to be putting a 33" on the stock wheel. On the TF site, it says there are issues with stock wheels but that seems to be only if you run their adjustable carrier. Thanks.

You should be fine, I'm running a 37" BFG km2 on the stock wheel and stock tire carrier with the tf hinge. Its been holding up great since Xmas.

The tire is 12.50 wide and it presses right up against the hinge and the tire bumpstop on driver side. No shakes at all while offroading.

Sweet! Looks good! I'm going with a 275/70R18 duratrac which is only 11" wide so I should be good!

I have the carrier on my rig holding a Large 37"-13.50"-17" Nitto Mud Grappler and let me tell you 100% no rattling of any kind... The gate doesn't bow at all... And Is much stronger and engineered very well... A lot of thought went into the design of the carrier... Overall one of the best mods I have on my rig...

This is what I was talking about, awesome! Do you think that the hinge could support your setup plus the high lift and 2 more cans on the accessory mount?

Can't say how happy we've been with the accessories carrier and tailgate hinge kit. Nice to open the tailgate as one unit and have a solid feel to the tailgate. We've run some pretty fast whop sections and have flexed it out and the thing it solid.
