Installed this tonight, fantastic piece of work. Easy install. Took more time to paint the unpainted metal under the original hinges than installing the Teraflex Hinge.

Same here. I couldn't install it with out painting all the bare metal under the hinges.

I have been wanting to see the same, specifically with the PSC BFH. I think that would be a sweet setup!

I have my PSC RockBrawler at the powder coat shop now but my TF carrier won't be in until 12/5. I'll be posting pictures after the install.

I have a question about the necessity of adjustable mount if I have no rear bumper. Do I still need the mount still? This will be for a 37" Toyo.

With no bumper, there's no problem. You'd only need the mount if you wanted to a) move the tire in, out, up or down from the stock location or b) beef up the carrier mount from the stock piece. I think TF recommends using their adjustable carrier with tires over 35" to avoid breaking the stock piece.

I really want to see someone strap a 40" tire on that thing. In the TF video, they show it being used with a 38" tire...I think it could handle a 40...

A Pic of my TF Tire Carrier. I have to say I love this thing so far. Worth every penny in my book.

It definitely can handle it but the problem is the tire would probably cover the tailgate handle. My 37 is close.

I talked to Dennis from TF and he said it can be done. Just need to find a rear bumper that allows enough tire clearance. I believe Jason from Rebel is in the process of mounting a (40) on his rig with this tire carrier. Might want to give them a call.
