Teraflex steering stabilizer
So I smashed my stock ss this past weekend on a rock and it is caput. I picked up the teraflex one and installed it. However, the boot is up against the trackbar braket. Anyone that has this installed on a 2010 or newer jk...is it supposed to be like that?? I dont remember if the stock ss boot rubbed or not.
Thanks in advance.

Watch these videos. They should help with DW. They pretty much cover everything.

I have the same TeraFlex ss and haven't had any issues with it. I could be wrong, as it's been forever ago since I installed mine, but couldn't you just flip it around the other way? I also used the Dominion OR relocation bracket.
And jsut so it gets said....I hope you're not expecting replacing your SS is going to fix DW issues. If you have DW....there are greater forces at play. I'd start by checking bushings, TRE's, ball joints, etc. Way too many moving parts would cause it before the steering stabilizer. Plenty of people run without them and have no issues at all.

It is installed correctly as per the Teraflex instructions. It is different for years 10-present. If I flipped it, the body of the ss would be rubbing. I'm going to purchase a relocation kit.
As for the DW, my tierod ends are shot and my trackbar was loose. DW solved.
Thanks!
