I used 4- 3/8 washers to stop a rubbing issue with my 37 toyos. Didn't really notice much of a difference in turning radius. It's quick and cheap to try although you seen to really be rubbing badly.

I know this is an old topic, but I have the same problem too. My current setup is the 4" Teraflex kit with all 8 arms, front teraflex swaybar disconnect, Spidertrax spacers, AEV wheels, and 37x12.5R17 KM2s.

I didn't want to adjust my steerint stops or limit my articulation, so I had the knob cut apart and custom welded. I then take a ratchet I picked up from Autozone to remove the bolt. If it's muddy after I'm done with the trail, I wipe it out with a baby-wipe and put it back in. Sometimes I will need to rock the truck to get it to pop in right before I screw it all the way in. I'm wondering how the threads will hold up to this repeated use and if they strip out, I'll probably have something else custom made. It is super quick and takes literally about 10 seconds to remove and maybe 30-40 seconds to put back in depending on if I need to wipe it or rock the truck.

Now if I could just get rid of that death wobble, I'll be all set!
