Default Teraflex mystery bracket

I installed my 3" lift, and there was a bracket in the kit that was not listed in the parts.

The only thing it could possibly look like, to me, is a front track bar bracket.

I called Tera to ask about the bracket, and they were stumped. I was told that they do not even make a FRONT track bar bracket.

I wound up just buying a Teraflex adjustable front track bar, which is better than a bracket anyway IMO, but I'm still curious as to what this "mystery" part is.

Maybe someone from Tera can shed some light.

Thanks!

Heres my REAR bracket...

And you know I couldn't help but take a picture of her

It actually reminds me of the old TJ rear trac bar brackets.. but i doubt its that. It's likely a front trac bar bracket but LEAVE IT OFF!!!!! axle ended brackets on the JK break the stock axle bracket and You're better off with an adjustable front trac bar anyway. If you don't already have a front adjustable trac bar, get one, if you do have one, then toss that bracket to the side.

Come to think of it, it does look like a TJ rear trackbar bracket. Maybe it just accidently fell in the box. Too bad a new bumper or something didn't mysteriously make it in there.

It is not their rear trackbar bracket for a TJ. This is what the TJ style looks like:

and I went through the TeraFlex catalog (and entire website)
and could not find this bracket. hummmmm.........
