What exactly do they mean by front end shimmy? Like a wobble?

Kinda like what you get when your wheel are out balance. You can still get wobble with any TB if your torque spec are low/ bad ball joints.

No, there are no ball joints on a TB. What I mean't was your ball joints on tie rod/drag link.

I have the Tera Flex 4 lift and I am running 37 MTR's and with the TB that Tera had with their 1st Gen lifts I had a shimmy when ever I would hit a bump or pothole, but Tera upgraded me to the HD TB and I have had no problems since.

Correct, as in Death Wobble . We have seen several of our competitors bars on local JK with blown ends (heims/poly) and 3"-5" of flexing in the bend area on a TB. Even our Gen 1 TB's did this, hence why TeraFlex dropped them and created the forged Monster series. In a few months TeraFlex will offer a rear forged TB to match.

I thought a lot of people said the JKS was light and hollow and a lot had flexing issues with it?

That's not true at all I have seen a JKS trackbar break! (That's why they are so cheap in price) I have never seen or known of a Teraflex one breaking! I like having the peace of mind knowing that it will not break!

Keep in mind that if you break the Track bar you will NOT be able to steer the Jeep at all! Once broken when you turn the wheel the axle will only shift from side to side and the ESP will go NUTS and throttle the JK down to 5mph! Lets just say the person that this happened to had a VERY long slow difficult drive home..
