I am pretty sure a parts store will have them. The grease gun tip can be had at pep boy or any of the sort.

You can try using a small screwdriver to back out the broken half.
Here's mine. It apparently got pinched inside the control arm mount and caused the joint to become crooked when I lowered the Jeep after installing the arms. It sheared off when I tried to straighten the joint before tightening the jamb nut. Looking at the other side, the zerk just barely fits within the mount.

I ended up using an Allen wrench (1/8"?) to get the broken stub out of the joint.

guess this will give me something to look at tomorrow... Probably gonna have to grease them and see if there mashed or not.

Heard back from Telaflex today. They helped me out and are listening and working on fixing the problem of the zerks.
