I didn’t find the required bolts not a single shop has it. Just bought a non flanged hex head M8x1.25 40mm bolt. Don’t know if it fine or should I cut to length of 35mm.

You're going into a hollow cavity there so 5mm length difference shouldn't matter much. I would have just reused the originals where possible. Not a huge deal IMO.
