These are on my list of things to get after Christmas, but I just ordered the MBRP rack, so it will need to wait until January. I was just wondering what to expect for the install.

About a 2-2.5 hours. You don't want to burn these in too fast.

Why don't you just JBWeld them on? Should only cost $5 or so.

I had mine installed as a package with my gears, diff covers, sleeves, alignment, and a few other goodies. I think it was around $2100 for everything from TFPlus. They did a great job!

Now THERE'S a great idea! Quick, simple, and effective! Well, maybe two out of three.
Got several quotes and they were all in the same ballpark - 2 to 2.5 hours total time for install. PM'd Teraflex and got this response:
That's about right. My shop guys say 2-2.5 hours.
So after the sticker shock wore off I got them done. The guy who did it took his time to do it right. Even chamfered the edges of the gusset for better weld penetration. Did a little at a time on each side, draping wet rags on the axle and ball joints to cool them down between sessions. 1st class job!

Please advise!

Mine was $100 at a local speed shop. He took nearly 4 hours, by burning part, then going back to whatever honda he was working on, then going back afterwards.
Haven't noticed any worse for wear. And yes, I have painted them since.
