I am still considering all options for my first major upgrade.
Currently I have two favorate choices
1. teraflex fullflex 4 inch lift + 35 inch tire
2. old man emu 2 inch lift + 33 inch tire
Option 1 is much more expensive then option 2. But I am not sure
if in the future it will actually save money by avoide continuous upgrade.
One friend of mine said that 33 inch tire actually performs better If
I do not regear. Because it provides more torque at the same rpm.
Also, he said 33 inch tire is more fun because You have to struggle through
the mud area while 35 inch tire will just let you go through easily.
My JK is a daily commuter also, so drivibility on streat should not be
comprimised too much
Not sure what to do yet. Any advice.?

That 4" TF lift will fit 37's. (you're looking at 5-6" of lift, depending on vehicle and added weight) Be sure to add in the cost of driveshafts also.
Look at the chart in the Drivetrain FAQ to get an idea of the difference in rpm between your current tires, the 33's and the 35's. Which transmission do you have? (Browse any of the hundreds of regearing threads to get a better idea, but if you have an auto, you'll hate 35's with stock gears...
)
Maybe go with the OME LT kit with 33's for now, then upgrade to 35's when you get around to re-gearing.

The 4" lift will likely trigger a set of other modifications and as Piginajeep said," it will compromise your dd ride more than staying the 33s".
If you really want 4" lift and 35" and have the funds or the patience then skip the 2" lift.
Also, run a few searches on "lift" and "tire size" and I think you will find some contradictions to your friends opinion.

This is a tough one...
I bought my JK Rubicon with the intentions of "a little lift and that's it" just enough for a good time and to fit 35's. I did that successfully with the TF hockey puck budget boost. Then I wanted a bit more flex and lift so I got the OME lift and LOVED it! It netted me about 3.25 inches of lift and great for 35's.
Then I really wanted to consider 37's and then went for the TF 4" flex arm kit and have been SUPER stoked with it. I just got 37's and they fit great.
All this to say is that I don't regret starting with the puck boost and moving in stages. It will, in the end cost a bit more, but you will end up knowing your jeep and what you want before you just go out and get something. I could tell you what to get exactly, but that might not be what is right for your taste.
Currently I just moved to 37's 5.13's and have had the TF 4" lift.
I am SUPER happy with it and drive my jeep as a daily driver at california freeway speeds.
Hope this helps, find a good starting point and go from there. In the end you might be out a few hundred more but knowledgeable and happy with what you end up with. Remember, you can always sell your used stuff!
FYI current picture of my jeep with 4" TF kit (more like 5.5 in) and 37's
