First thing I am going to do is losen and retorq the trac bar. I failed to do that while the jeep was on the ground. Then I will take a test drive and see where I am. That is the only mistake I see I made. There may be some binding issues.
I have 6+ deg caster and 1/2" tow in. Yes, to much, I know. But it will only make it better, not worse. I had to try it.
Another thought: I may not have enough lift to run this system in it optimal range.

Whoops, typo, I am running 3 deg. Darn fast typing on the number pad.
At this point I have tried everything. Even bouncing my jeep in the driveway makes the steering wheel turn.
Bottom line, there are no adjustments on this system, and I have bump steer.
The installation has been double checked and all bolts are tight and everything is correct.
Sorry guys, but, this system does correct a lot, but, the way you have designed it causes bump steer. I looked at 6 jeeps, from variouse years, with many different steering setups, every one of them has the track bar mounted at the same plane as the drag link, no matter how custom it is. Even one with the steering system behind the front end. So, by dropping the track bar to level it out and create a better roll center, you create bump steer.
I am going to move my track bar back up on the frame side to the factory location and relocate the track bar on the passengers side up. That is the only way I can see to make these 2 arms swing at the same rate.

When your driving and you hit a bump does your wheel move with the jeep staying straight, or does the bump actually induce the jeep to turn on its own?

You create better roll center by RAISING the track bar mount on the axle side. not by DROPPING the mount on the frame side.
Lowering the trackbar mount create more body roll, take a look at AEV's solution, both front and rear.
Teraflex also offers a rear frame mounted trackbar bracket to address roll center.
