I have a problem with "drifting" to the right. My steering wheel is about 1 o'clock when driving straight. Took it to shop who installed lift, they said bent sway bar. Replaced under warrantee. They said they "re-centered" my steering wheel and it still is 1 0'clock and pulls. Maybe it's just these terrible AR roads...Idk...

I did reset the track bar for the up in the air position, so that must be it.
The weird thing is that I releived something that is binding signifigantly, as my gas milage, which had dropped to 14.5 after my lift install, shot back up to 17!!!!!!!!!!!!! even though my front axle is shifted an inch or two to the right.
WTF is going on!!
JOE any ideas

The saga continues....
I took it to a different shop, one that builds custom rock crawlers and therefore has alot of experience with jeeps.
They uninstalled the front lift and drove it, still pulled
Rotated tires and drove, still pulled
set rear thrust angle and drove, still pulled
removed front wheel spacers and drove, still pulled
Attempted to align three times during it's day and a half with them and no luck.
They cant figure out why its pulling and there only thought was to install adjustable upper ball joints?
My final alignment numbers with them-
Caster left 6
Caster right 6.3
Toe .o5 deg both sides
thrust angle 0
SAI left 13.4
SAI right 13
Included angle left 12.8
Included angle right 12.5
setback left -.4"
setback right o.1"
track width difference -0.2
wheel base difference -0.5"
I have no idea what to do next. any thoughts????

Is your steering wheel centered? The recirculating ball type gearbox hunts "center" when the pump is turning. So, if the steering wheel is off center to the left, the gearbox can make it have a right pull trying to find center. This can also be true if something is bent such as a tie rod or drag link or even the steering stabilizer, causing the box to be off center even when the steering wheel is straight.

I think that you have a drag of some type, weather it be bearing or brakes, I don't know.
I once had a pull on my old Bronco, and it ended up being my wheel bearings on that side. That is easy to check, just jack one side up and with the JK in neutral turn the tire. Then switch the jack to the other side and see if it turns with similar resistance. I know it is not very scientific, but to pull as much as you say, it should be obvious.
If it is brakes, on an older vehicle, it would pull when applied or if brakes are dragging, it could stop pulling as you apply brakes. But with new vehicle with electronic brake controls, I just don't know.
If none of this helps, I would suggest that you take your JK to a frame specialist, and not just (I mean this politely with no a fence) 4x4 or regular alignment shop. A good one will be able to check measurements and 4 point (tire to ground) pressures. Something is very wrong if you have everything back to stock and an alignment does not make it drive straight.
No one should have to have this much trouble with such an enjoyable hobby!
