Teraflex 4" long arm rear upper arm adjustments?

Teraflex 4" long arm rear upper arm adjustments?
I have my upper control arms in the lower hole on the frame end. I have heard that it will ride better if the arms are in the upper holes, what is the trade off for going to the upper hole? If you have this lift how are yours adjusted?

I have mine in the upper holes to increase my pinon angle. I rides like a dream and I have had no issues what-so-ever.
