Teraflex 3 inch lift question?

Teraflex 3 inch lift question?
If I go with 3 inch lift do I have to change the control arms right away or can they wait a bit? Thanks for any help!!

We did not do it right away but the jeep was very fighty and after about 3 weeks we put them on and changed the castor to what Tereflex recommended. It now drives much better.
