Yes, but only the frame end appears to be adjustable. I'm sure it would work just fine, but my personal preference is to have as much adjustability as possible.
Here's the Rock Krawler one. Threaded heim joints at both the axle end and the frame end.

I run Tereaflex 2.5 coil lift. No problems. Really like it.
To save on $ i hunted down some shocks off a Rubicon
both front and back and put them on. Really good ride
and performs well. Put some JKS discos on front that i found second hand and in great shape for really good price. All put together with 35s turned out to be a great DD and off road package. My son and I did the work to save $ there. If you can do it yourself do it. Saves money and you have a feeling that if something goes wrong off/on road you can probably get under there and fix it.

As far as the front trackbar goes, I have not heard of anyone running this and I don't know why, seems like a cheap and easy way to correct things. It's the skyjacker bracket.
