Default Teraflex 2.5" Coil Spring/Shock lift = 1" lift????

07 JK Rubi. Installed the Teraflex 2.5" coil spring/shock lift last month. I also installed front Teraflex fixed control arms (designed for 2.5" lift) and Teraflex front adj track bar. I have measured the actual lift I got, it comes out to 2" in the front, 1" in the rear. How is that possible? I thought the springs were bad, so I had Teraflex send me some new ones. Nothing changed.

For the front I am running a heavy Smittybilt XRC Gen 2 bumper with the 9500 Smittybilt winch. The rear is stock bumper with a 75 lb rim/wheel combo on the tailgate. The front being 2" after lift I'm not really worried about, I just don't understand how the rear I am only getting 1".

How I am measuring - For the front I am taking the top of the spring perch to the axle plate the spring sits on (11.5"). For the rear - I am measuring from shock bolt to inside top of shock (20.25" in the rear) and from the axle plate to the bottom metal of the bump stop (6.125" in the rear). Stock should be 19.25 and 5" respectively according to Jeep.

I also have a buddy that has the same front bumper/winch/rear bumper/heavier tire combo and running stock springs with a 2.5" budget boost. He is sitting 1.75" higher than me in the rear. In the front we are the same height. MAKES NO SENSE TO ME

Pics below, 1) my Jeep (left) vs a budget boost 2) rear bump stop 3 & 4) front driver and passenger springs 5) view from the side

Are you using the 2.5 springs for the 2dr? You want the 4dr springs. I have them on my heavy 2 dr like yours and it netted 3" in the front and 2" in the back. If those are the 2dr springs they are the same as the 4dr leveling kit

Yes, using the 2.5" lift springs for 2dr. Parts 1854050 for the rear and 1853050 for the front. Good to know....now what to do
