Teraflex 2.5" coil lift with bilstein 5100's
So, after ordering my lift kit, it sat in my garage for three weeks. Why? As most of us know, or have experienced, there is something called marriage. It sometimes gets in the way of our projects. But, this last week a buddy and I were able to start the installation, after much anticipation. It
said the install would take 4-6 hours depending on your skill level. It took us 10hours. Haha. The paper instructions well as the PDF files downloaded from the website are extremely vague. I assume it is vague because it is something most amateur's can take on and not much instruction is needed. I can build houses from dirt to dwelling, and in all instances can use tools just as sufficiently as the next amateur wrench head. But this was a pain in my ass although well worth it. The only disappointment I can think of is I only netted 1" in the rear while 2.5" in the front. Primarily for leveling out the jeep I assume. Overall, the ride is amazing, better than stock. Especially with the heavy open country tires I have. Next, I am going to cut my factory fenders and bumper.

The only concern I had was at the end. I finished lifting the rear of the jeep and just finished the front when I noticed a 2" difference laterally between the right side and left side. The only thing I loosened in the front was the sway bar links which confused the crap out of me when I realized I had a problem I didn't know how to fix. The kit didn't come with an adjustable track bar. I scratched my head, put my wheels back on and lowered the jeep and it seem to self correct by only being off by 1/2". Any ideas?

You need to loosen all Ca bolts and TB bolts ... Shake jeep/jump on bumpers. Then torque with tires on the ground.
Assuming you preloaded the bushings which can eventually cause problems.
Remove the TF rear bump stop pads from the axle to gain access to the rear CA.

Thanks for the advice. Do you mind telling me what the acronym CA and TB is?? Also, I didn't have a torque wrench so I may have under or over torqued some components. Should I have a shop take a look to prevent problems? Last, I'm not 100% sure I installed the front shocks correctly. I put a "cap"(??) And bushing below the mounting plate and a bushing and cap on top. It barely had enough thread left after I pit those components in and, in fact, I had to use a clamp to squeeze down the bushings enough to start the nut. I know this is how we learn, by messing everything up, but and advice would be greatly appreciated.
