Go for it. I just intalled my 2.5 coil lift this week (and other things) and i got 3" of lift in the front and about 1.5" in the rear which I thought was odd since I pulled the rear seat out and still have the stock spare tire in the rear and stock bumpers. Mine actually feels slightly low in the rear so next week i will be adding some 1/2" rear spacers. Good luck.

I pulled my Teraflex Leveling kit and installed the 2.5 coil lift. I was a little disappointed. It looked the same ride height. I definitely did not get an additional 1" in the rear over the level kit. Now my dilemma is that I am wondering if .5" spacers is worth the 6 hours it will take to install them. Lol.

Right now I am running the shock extensions on Sahara shocks. If I swap out to Rubicon shocks with the extensions, will I gain any ride height? What about the Teraflex or Bilstein shock?
This without adding the .5" spacer

You won't gain height from shocks but you will improve your ride quality.
