TeraFlex 2.5 BB with stock 16" wheels?????
So my TF 2.5 BB came in the mail today and i wanted to go ahead and install it. my questions is - will i be able to put the kit on with the stock 16" steel wheels?? reason i am asking is i ordered some 17's rims with bs 4.5 but they are on back order and wont be here until the end of the month then i still have to save up for the 35" tires to wrap the rims with. i wanted to be able to put the lift on now this way as soon as i can get the rims and tires together i will be able to just slap them on and ride out! Also do you think i will need wheel spacers? thanks in advance for any help guys!

Ok cool. I just didn't want to get the whole thing installed and then go to put the wheels back on and fit that the sway bar end links were rubbing the rims.

The only real thing to watch is the rear sway bar links. They might come in contact with the wheel or tire after you install the lift. You can always move the links to the inside of the mounting brackets as a temporary fix till you get your proper wheels.

Alright. That's what I was thinking. I also read that someone put the whole lift on and just removed the rear sway bar completely as a temporary solution. Would that create to much body roll? And would that make it un safe? I would reinstall the sway bar when I but on the new wheels.

I had stock rims and tires on my rig when I bought it an they had installed a 2.5 tf bb. It was fine. And it didn't look weird with 2.5 inches of lift and 32's

Yea even if it looks kinda funny it will only be for a couple weeks. I just wanted to make sure that the 16's wouldn't rub the new parts. The 17" rubi wheels I know would be fine. Just wasnt sure about the stock 16" steelies.
