I installed the AFE exhaust Y-pipe when I installed the lift. I'll take some full flex pics tomorrow to show the clearance.

Question for you troyoffroad....

Before you did the swap to the high angle rzeppa joint did you have bad vibs from the stock DS? What is you front pinion angle set at?

And if you did have bad vibs (which I would think you would have if still set at the stock pinion angle) did the change to this high angle rzeppa joint solve the vib problem?

So what i'm wondering is it the stock rzeppa joint or the axle end joint causing vibrations on a stock front DS with the front pinion angle set to stock specs.

OK cool. I've seen that in pics, not in person. I replaced my front with an Adams, I'll replace the rear joint with the Teraflex when it craps out.

I never had vibrations from my front drive shaft because I installed the AEV front control arm drop brackets (with my lift) which rotates the pinion angle up. I tore the stock boot from off-roading with too much articulation/angle put on the stock cv joint. The new one allows for way more angle.

It's the axle end causing the vibrations. Most likely the U-joints, not the Rzeppa

Yes, the high angle is to protect the boot from pinching.
