Taillight Issues!

Taillight Issues!
Alright guys and gals, I have a troubleshooting question... The running lights on my Jeep work fine, but when I flip on the right blinker, it refuses to blink. The brake light just sits there at its usual low capacity. What could be the issue? I haven't had time to pull the light off and inspect all of that. Is it just the bulb? Is the whole light itself just shot? What?

I had this same issue a couple months back, right turn signal too. I would get no indication on the dash and no blinking light, left worked fine. After about a week it magically decided to work again and haven't had an issue since. The gremlins weren't happy or something I guess.
