So you got it to work with the 15s with no rub or clearance issues?!?!

I just got done checking my front end alignment again. Everything seems ok.

Update:

I installed the synergy joints. It will rub the passenger side full lock to left.

You can see the white spot on the TRE and the shine around the wheel. That was me lightly letting it rub spinning the tire.

Run out of time but. I am going to drop that end and lightly remove the corner and I might be fine.

I know this thread is old, but is there any update on how the Synergy tie rod is working out for you? Did you get the clearance to work or did you get a different tie rod? I bent my tie rod and have heard great things about Synergy but I have 15" Level 8 Trackers with 3.75" bs, so I think I am in the same boat as you.

Just installed a Synergy tie rod and drag link with 15x8 Level 8 Trackers. I had been checking around to try and find a definitive answer and had no luck so I thought I'd give it a shot. These do not fit and will rub the rim without modification. I shaved a little off the housing of the TRE and it does not make contact with the wheel anymore. I will post pictures soon.

Same problem as the Currie rod. Be sure tire shops know that whenever having tires balanced (for ALL tires since you'll be rotating all of them to that front passenger location). Otherwise, you may end up scraping off weights.
