Default Synergy Tie rod & 15's

I figure I post on here and see if anybody has or is running this setup.

The 1 ton tie rod ends synergy uses are massive and won't fit my 15. I already have a plan of attack and will post if it works out.
I was hopping somebody has this setup with a different wheel. I am running Black rock vipers 3.75 BS.

RK I believe used OEM ends (TRE at pitman) or a MOOG end. The site says
Their TR won't work with 15's although I know some folks that do and have no problem. Synergy only requires 4.5 or less BS.

What I did was find a moog joint that is similar is size. Identical thread (TPI) shank size and taper. Also both joints are left hand thread. I found Moog ES452L

The joints will be here Saturday. Plan B is new wheels with a little more room inside.

Ken

We have this tierod on our rig with the 15x8 Cragar Soft 8's. We have 4" of back spacing and don't have any issues.

Here is a pic with the rod centered. You clearly still have more clearance.

I was looking into the level 8 trackers or BR D-windows.

To be honest a SS isn't needed. We haven't run one since we bent ours into a U with the stock tie rod!

But no problem on the help. That's why we are here.
