What is the measurement from the sector shaft down to the bottom of the reinforcement? For both JKS and Synergy?

From what we have seen our track bar will not clear on the majority of lower lift heights.

 

Also forgot to note I have about 4.5" lift so I'm sure that helps with clearances

It did NOT work with a RK for me. So I went ahead and got synergy. Nice bolt on piece.

 

Mine works with MC track bar raised for flip kit. 2" bump stops. This is with passenger tire stuffed

 

I need to ask, because I'm running with only a 2" lift and my Synergy Track Bar still has slight movement after the 4323-01 (frame end) bushing up grade. Buddy and I was "lookin" at his JKS to mine and it looked like I had plenty of clearance? Running rocks it might be a different story I fear.

PS: I know we are supposed to have a 3" lift, but why

 

The trackbar bracket raises the axle side of the trackbar by 3", and the axle end of the draglink is flipped to the top of the knuckle. In order to keep stuff from smashing into the frame when the passenger tire is stuffed, you need to add taller bumpstops (or notch the frame). To give space between the new taller stops, you need taller coils. The whole domino thing...

 

What is the reason it wont work with the factory track bar?

 

The stock trackbar, and some other aftermarket options, have clearance issues due to where and how they bend. Synergy actually had to redesign their own trackbar to work with the brace, which upset some people who already had the previous version.

Same reason others wont work. The Synergy bar dips down near the pitman nut to clear it.
